Payout guide
Receive CNY through YunZhangHu
CNY payouts go through YunZhangHu, a licensed flexible-employment service platform, straight to your Alipay or bank card, with individual income tax withheld as the law requires. Fill in your details and accept the agreement once under Payout method, and every CNY payout after that takes this route.
Why we need your ID#
Paying an individual for services means filing tax. Name, resident ID number and mobile number are required for YunZhangHu to withhold income tax, for Alipay and bank card alike. They are stored encrypted only. Tutti never displays or sells your ID details; our operations console sees only the last four ID digits and a masked account. Only mainland China resident ID cards are supported for now; creators from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or abroad keep withdrawing in USDC.
What signing means#
After you submit, we verify your name against your ID (for a bank card, also that the card is yours), then sign the Flexible Employment Partner Agreement with YunZhangHu on your behalf. No face scan, and it usually takes a few minutes. Once the status reads Signed, you can withdraw in CNY. Changing only the receiving account later needs no new signature; changing your name or ID number triggers verification again.
Where to find your Alipay account#
- Open Alipay and tap ๆ็ (Me) in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap your avatar at the top to open ไธชไบบไฟกๆฏ (Personal info).
- The ๆฏไปๅฎ่ดฆๅท (Alipay account) row shows it: an email (like
whe***@live.cn) or a mobile number (like137 **** 9852). - That row is masked, so enter the full mobile number or email in the form. The 16-digit user ID starting with 2088 also works. The verified name on your Alipay account must match the legal name you enter, or the payout fails.
Bank cards and returns#
Only debit cards in your own name are supported, not credit cards. Use a Type I debit card: Type II and III cards have receiving limits, and a transfer over the limit is returned by the bank 1 to 30 days after payment. After a return, the rewards go back to your available balance and you get a notification; switch cards and request the payout again. Alipay payouts are never returned.
Fees and tax#
YunZhangHu charges a service fee on every payout, about 6.4% of the withdrawal. Tutti withholds this from the withdrawal when paying and sends the rest to your Alipay or bank card. Income tax is withheld separately by YunZhangHu as the law requires, based on the actual amount due. Once a payout is paid, its details list the fee and tax deducted and the amount you received.
