Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions about posts, boosts, rewards and payouts.
How long does a withdrawal take?#
It depends on how you're paid, and there's no fixed turnaround.
USDC
USDC payouts under $100 usually get their claim link automatically, without waiting for a person. Larger ones wait for a team member to approve them, which takes longer. When it's ready, the claim link appears on that payout on your Earnings page — claim it within 14 days, or the funds return and you can request again. Payouts over $1,000 go through an AllScale invoice instead.
CNY
CNY payouts go through YunZhangHu to your Alipay or bank card. Add your payout details and finish signing before you request one.
I don't have a crypto wallet. How do I get paid?#
Right now Tutti pays out in two ways only: USDC through AllScale, and CNY through YunZhangHu to an Alipay account or a mainland China bank card. PayPal, Wise and international wire transfers aren't available.
No crypto wallet? You don't need one
When you open a USDC claim link, AllScale can create a wallet for you with just your email — choose “No wallet? Create now” on the claim page.
Why did my estimated reward go down?#
Estimates are recomputed against a live snapshot while a campaign runs — the pool is shared with everyone earning in it, and your own post metrics keep updating. The number locks at settlement.
My views went up but my reward didn't. Why?#
Usually one of three things.
Not every view counts
Rewards use effective exposure — the part of a post's views that counts toward settlement. Traffic that isn't backed by real engagement can fall outside it, views a post had before you submitted its link don't count, and past the campaign's view threshold each extra view carries less weight.
The pool is shared
Your estimate is a share of a fixed pool. When other creators' posts grow faster than yours, your share can stay flat even while your views rise.
The number updates on a schedule
Estimates refresh with scheduled snapshots, not live, so new views show up in your reward after the next snapshot.
Why don't I see Submit draft?#
The Create track opens per campaign: each campaign invites a set of creators, who can then post original sponsored content under their own handle. If a campaign card shows only Boost and no Create section at all, that campaign didn't match with you this time — the card leads with the track you can actually use instead of showing a button that won't respond.
This is about the match, not about your account
Matching runs both ways: brands look for creators who fit their own preferences, target audience, language, and niche — and whether it fits depends on both sides. A campaign aimed at Chinese-speaking finance readers won't match an English-speaking gaming creator, however strong the account, because the audience doesn't line up. So a campaign not matching you usually just means it was built for a different audience. Matches are per campaign, not an account-wide status: missing one isn't a mark on your account and doesn't carry into the next.
Boosting usually has a lower bar
Boosting usually has a lower bar than Create — quote, reply to or repost campaign posts to earn. It isn't open on every campaign: some campaigns are invite-only, and a fixed-rate campaign closes once all its rewards are claimed. Boost rewards are real money, not a practice mode, and how you deliver on past campaigns is one of the strongest signals for matching more campaigns later.
I have 2,000 followers. Am I a Creator now?#
Not automatically. 2,000 followers is the floor for being considered for Creator, not an upgrade on its own. Your tier is decided at account review, based on your original content, and later upgrades come from our team's periodic re-reviews — there's no application.
Tier and waitlist are two different things
Your tier (Booster or Creator) says which tracks you can work on. The waitlist is an account status: approved, but waiting for more brands that match your content area and audience region.
What is a fixed-rate campaign, and what does “All rewards claimed” mean?#
In a fixed-rate boost campaign, each quote, reply and repost has its own price instead of a share of a pool. Your tier is set at your first boost in the campaign, and the rate for each tier comes from the rate card in effect at settlement.
All rewards claimed
The campaign's total is fixed and paid first come, first served. Once it's used up, the campaign shows All rewards claimed and closes: you can still view it and the actions you recorded, but new boosts don't earn.
If I undo a repost, does it still count?#
No. A repost is paid only if it's still up when the campaign locks for settlement. If you undo it, your card marks it Undone and it isn't paid; repost again and keep it up until the campaign ends to be paid as usual.
Does an approved self-quote count for Creator rewards?#
Yes — if the self-quote post is submitted and approved, it earns Creator rewards normally. It goes through the regular Creator flow just like any other approved post.
The one exception
If a self-quote isn't submitted and the system picks it up only as a discovered interaction, it's treated as you boosting your own post and excluded — so creators can't farm Booster rewards by quoting themselves. Approved Creator submissions are never filtered by this rule.
Short version
- Approved self-quote → counts as Creator, earns rewards.
- Unsubmitted self-quote → not counted (neither Creator nor Booster).
How do I change my sign-in email or delete my account?#
You can change your email yourself: open your profile, go to Connected accounts and press Change next to your email. To confirm, we send a code to your current address and one to the new address.
Deleting your account
There's no self-serve deletion. Email support@tutti.so from your account email and our team will take it from there.
